Ibrahimovic The Hero As Man Utd Win Community Shield

Manchester United have won the 2016 Community Shield following a 2 – 1 win over Leicester City at Wembley stadium.

The match started in United favour with Rooney, Fellaini and Carrick controlling possession.

Shinji Okazaki had two chances to win the game early as as first his curling shot from outside the box with his left foot is deflected wide.

With the resulting corner kick, Okazaki sent an header to the bar.

Against the run of play, Jessi Lingard dribbled four players on his way to a great solo goal after receiving a pass from Rooney close to the centre circle.
In the second half, Jamie vardy pounced on a loose ball by Fellaini and dribbled David De Gea in the box to score.
With the match looking like it would go to penalties, Zlatan Ibrahimovic rose highest to head in Antonio Valencia’s cross to send United fans into a frenzy.
